Our Mission at Seton Manor

At Seton Manor, we care about the comfort and happiness of each resident. Our purpose is to provide an affordable, pleasing home for those 62 and over, or those applying for an apartment specifically constructed to be accessible to people with physical handicaps.

Seton Manor is an attractively designed, elevator-equipped retirement community offering one bedroom apartments with full kitchens. Residents furnish their apartments with favorite personal belongings. Emergency Staff response service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

A large community room and kitchen are available for group events. Other amenities include a large laundry room, resident library, a secured building, a large outdoor gardening area, and gazebo sitting area.

Beautifully landscaped grounds offer the serenity of a country setting. Yet a shopping area containing a restaurant, grocery store, and bank is located within walking distance, as well as the Peninsula Town Center - a large shopping area with many stores. Seton Manor is located on the city bus line.

Persons wishing to reside at Seton Manor must have an adjusted income which does not exceed federally established income limits for the Hampton Roads area. The amount paid for rent, including a utility allowance, will not exceed 30% of an eligible resident's adjusted income.
